Many times I heard that people forget where they placed the book yesterday, cannot remember the relative’s phone number etc.  Many Indian mothers had complaints that theirs kids have the problem of weak memory and get low marks in the examination. This inability of recall simple things is spread widely among today’s stressed world. There are many  reason behind it like stressed, complex situations, increasing level of  tensions and pressure etc.

In the fast growing world where every one wants to become success, you need to take some simple steps to improve your memory.

Brain exercise:

 If our brains were computers, we’d simply add a chip to upgrade our memory. However, the human brain is more complex than even the most advanced machine, so improving human memory requires slightly more effort. The more you work out your brain, the better you will  be able to process and remember information.Brain exercise include listening music, try out some cross-word games, do some thing different from daily routine.

Healthy diet:

Diet is the key to keep the brain as well as the body healthy. Some time the deficiency of some important intake like iron etc can also cause weak memory. The best way to improve your memory is to eat  lots of fruits and leafy vegetables.However nuts like almond are said one of the important thing to boost the memory.

Attention on the things that you are studying:

 Attention is one of the important factor that you need for your memory.While reading or understanding anything keep the thing in mind through some tricks and logic.

Special focus on sleep:

Nothing could be easier than sleeping to improve your memory. Sleep can give the best to your brain but the sleep should sound.It will helps you to keep your brain fresh and as a result you will able to remember more things than before.

Reduce stress:

It is one of the best way that helps you to keep your memmory strong.Try to reduce your stress by meditations,exercises, playing games, change your life style etc. However, you can also go for a long holidays to cut your stress.Always rembember Stress is the memory’s greatest enemy so keep the distance with it.
