    First of all the service of toll free and other numbers given by you are so bad , and i have tried so many times , no response was there . now i want to attract the attention of you on my complaint i.e. i am consumer of the bank and all bank made for the people not for employees,
    I have applied K C C enhancement case to bank concerned and all formalities completed by me , during this course of proceeding manager concerned transferred and now new one take place , i met to him so many times , and he deffer ed my case without any reason or well known to him , Today is a hot day of month May , after completion of my work i reached at bank at 3.50, which was locked from inner-side on the instructions of manager , i remain stay their in hot and knock the door , one parson come after 15 minutes and closely open as i am a terrorist and i explain my problem to him , he came back to manager and return back and say manager said come on Monday, it is worthy to mention here that firstly the manager before 10 days said to me , you came back after a gap . the manager and staff concerned often ly remain busy on their respective mobiles in bank time , i have seen so many time , in this way costumers faces so many difficulties due to the reason .
