Targeted at the mass segment, and positioned to fill up the void between 100cc and 150cc bikes, Suzuki launched its new bike, named as Suzuki Sling Shot.
Sling Shot has a good look, though the looks seem to be borrowed from several bikes. The best thing I liked about this bike is the alloy wheels (wheels with spokes are also available), which are pretty stylish as compared to any other bike seen so far.
Needless to say, it has a 4-stroke, air-cooled engine; electric stat feature too is available. Braking mechanism is Mechanical, Drum Type, with a fuel tank capacity of 12.0 Liters, with a reserve of 2.1 Liters. Sling Shot is 5-speedtransmission bike, with 1up and 4down arrangement.
Talking about the prices, the Ex showroom price of alloy model in Mumbai is Rs.48, 142 whereas the one with spokes wheel will cost Rs.46, 253.
